The Old Stable has its own private walled patio with hardwood garden furniture and a gated fence, making it secure for young children. In the summer months there is a profusion of flowers in pots and in the raised beds making it the perfect place for al fresco meals. We have a great barbeque which you are most welcome to use; we will place it in position in your patio for you when requested.

Careful renovation of The Old Stable, keeping the character wherever possible has resulted in an historic yet contemporary living space. The comfortably furnished living room has a wood burning stove for the winter months. There is a sofabed for added flexibility. The television has a built in video and DVD player facility and there are board games provided for all the family. A local craftsman built the staircase leading up to a small landing and the two bedrooms.
